Renewal agreement: Effective July 15, 2023, to June 3, 2028.
Wage adjustments:
Effective Jan.15, 2024: 3.5%
Effective Jan.13, 2025: 3.5%
Effective Jan.12, 2026: 3.5%
Effective Jan.11, 2027: 3.5%
Effective Jan.10, 2028: 3.5%
Shift premium: Overtime premium calculated on the employee's base hourly rate.
Paid holidays: 10 days plus 3 additional company holidays between Dec. 22nd and Jan. 3rd.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 15 years.
Overtime: Time and one half.
Medical benefits: Health plan included.
Dental: Dental plan included.
Vision: Dental plan included.
Sick leave: Employees with 9 months or more of service receive 10 days of paid sick leave each calendar year.
STD: Short Term Disability Leaves for medical leaves over five days. STD will be paid for up to 25 consecutive weeks at 70% of employee's base pay.
LTD: Employees must apply for the benefit directly with the LTD provider
AD&D: Basic AD&D Insurance included.
Life insurance: Basic life insurance included.
Probationary period: 6 months.
Sample rates of pay (current, after increase), current as of Jan. 15, 2024:
NDT Technician – Level 1: $42.25, rising 4 steps to $48.48.
Aero Technician – Level 1: $33.70, rising 4 steps to $38.67.
