Renewal agreement: Effective March 17, 2015, to June 30, 2017. Signed on March 17, 2015.

Paid holidays: 11 days. Time and one-half for all time worked on a paid holiday.

Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 6 years, 5 weeks after 10 years and 6 weeks after 16 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 9 hours per day or 45 hours per week. Time and one-half for all hours worked on Sat. or Sun.

Medical benefits: Employer pays $265 per employee to the Health Insurance Plan.

Pension: The employer will contribute $6 per hour worked per employee to the Teamsters Prairie Provinces Pension Plan. $7 per hour worked per employee effective July 1, 2016.

Bereavement leave: 3 days for employee’s spouse, father, mother, son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, brother-in-law or sister-in-law. 1 additional day may be granted if travel is required.

Seniority – recall rights: 6 months.

Work shop foreman (heavy duty mechanic): $22.29

Editor’s notes: Lodging: Employees will receive a daily allowance of $195 per day to cover the costs of lodging. Layover: Employees required to layover during a round trip or tour away from their home terminal will be compensated 9 hours at their regular rate of pay. Union advancement fund: The employer will contribute 5¢ per hour per employee to the Teamsters Union/Industry Advancement Fund.
