Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2021 to Jan. 31, 2026. Signed on April 20, 2021.
Shift premium: $2 per hour for only those hours working as lead-hand. $1.50 per hour for all hours worked between 2:29 p.m. and 5:59 a.m. $1.50 per hour for all hours worked between 2:29 p.m. and 5:59 a.m. for drivers engaged in local routes. $2 per hour for warehouse trainers, driver trainers. $0.01 per kilometre for all miles driven north of Fort Nelson and Enterprise.
Paid holidays: 9 days, plus 5 personal holidays equaling 50 hours.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 10 hours per day; work on fifth day of work during week. Double time for work on sixth, seventh days of week for drivers. Time and one-half for first 2 hours after regular daily hours; for all hours worked after 40 per week. Double time for work after 2 hours of overtime; work after 48 or 50 hours per week for warehouse employees.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan.
Sick leave: One-half day per months, after 6 months of service. Any unused sick leave will be paid in December of each year; no sick leave taken in December will be paid for in December.
Pension: Employer will contribute $600 per month into RRSP. Effective Feb. 1, 2023, employee will be able to contribute, with company matching, maximum $150 per month.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (meaning wife, husband, son, daughter, sister, brother, mother, father, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandparents, grandparents-in-law, grandchildren).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months after layoffs; 120 calendar days for employees who leave bargaining unit in order to work for employer.
Call-in pay: Minimum of 4 hours work or pay, unless employee voluntarily works lessor number of hours.
Probationary period: 120 calendar days.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months for any written disciplinary action; 24 months for incidents of sexual harassment and violence.
Severance: 1 week of pay for each year of service to start; 2 weeks of pay for each year of service, maximum 1 year’s pay, plus group insurance benefits for 8 weeks after 5 years.
Safety shoes: $150 per year.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply up to 2 work uniforms per year to each employee. Employer will provide rubber apron for battery changing in warehouse.

Effective date of ratification, employee will receive 1-time lump-sum payment of $500
