Renewal agreement: Effective March 9, 2022, to Nov.16, 2025. Signed on Dec. 9, 2022.
Wage adjustments:
Effective Nov.19, 2023: Increase of 75 cents per hour.
Effective Nov. 17, 2024: Increase of 75 cents per hour.
Shift premium: $1 per hour for 8-hour night shift between store closing and store opening.
Paid holidays: 10 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 16 years.
Dental: The company will pay 33 cents per hour for all hours worked into the UFCW Locals 175 and 633 Ontario Dental Benefit Trust Fund.
Vision: $225.00 dollars every 24 months.
Sick leave: 66.6 hours.
STD: 66 2/3% of weekly salary, to a maximum of $638 per week.
LTD: Long Term Disability insurance plan.
Life insurance: One time salary.
Pension: Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan
Bereavement leave: Up to 3 days.
Uniforms/clothing: Provided by employer.
Tool allowance: Provided by employer.

Meat Cutter – Base: Minimum wage
Baker – Base: Minimum wage
Grocery Dept. Head – Base: Minimum wage + $1.00.
