Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2014, to Dec. 31, 2016.
Wage adjustments:
Effective Jan. 1, 2014: $500 signing bonus
Effective Jan. 1, 2015: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2016: 2%
Shift premium: $1 per hour for trainers, previously 75¢.
Paid holidays: 12 days, up from 11.
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, plus 1 additional day for each completed year of service, up to 35 days, or 7 weeks after 21 years of service.
Tool allowance: $700 per year, up from $600.
Sample rates of pay, current:
Driver: $24.79 per hour
Booking agent: $24.90
Maintenance clerk: $27.35
Road supervisor: $28.38
Mechanic A: $34.33
