Renewal agreement: Effective July 6, 2015, to April 30, 2018. Signed on Sept. 23, 2015.

Wage adjustments:

Effective May 1, 2016: 2.5%

Effective May 1, 2017: 2.25%

Calculate by CLR.

Shift premium: 15% for time worked between 5 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Paid holidays: 10 days.

Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond regular daily or weekly hours. Double time for hours worked on Sunday or designated holidays.

Meal allowance: $20 when employees are required to work more than 10 hours per day.

Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours at double time.

Mileage: 55¢ per km.

Commercial carpenter (journeyman): $32.29 per hour

Commercial carpenter (apprentice): $19.47 rising in 7 steps to $30.57

Commercial carpenter (working foreman): $35.74

ISM commercial carpenter (journeyman): $32.29

ISM commercial carpenter (apprentice): $14.55 rising in 5 steps to $30.57

Major industrial carpenter (journeyman): $34.63

Major industrial carpenter (working foreman): $38.08

Major industrial carpenter (apprentice): $21.21 rising in 7 steps to $32.88

Commercial carpenter (scaffolder journeyman): $32.29

Commercial carpenter (scaffolder apprentice): $19.47 rising in 4 steps to $28.77

Major industrial carpenter (scaffolder journeyman): $34.63

Major industrial carpenter (scaffolder apprentice): $21.22 rising in 4 steps to $31.10
