Renewal agreement: Effective Aug. 30, 2015, to April 30, 2018. Signed on Oct. 5, 2015. 

Wage adjustments: 
Effective May 1, 2016: 46¢
Effective May 1, 2017: 69¢

Shift premium: 15% for work performed during the afternoon shift. 15% for work performed during the night shift. $2.45 per hour for a foreman supervising 1-10 workers. $3.85 per hour for a foreman supervising 11 or more workers. $4.40 per hour for a foreman supervising 4-10 workers when the foreman has successfully completed the B.S.V. course. $5.50 per hour for a foreman supervising 11 workers or more when the foreman has successfully completed the B.S.V. course. 

Paid holidays: 10 days. 

Vacations with pay: A vacation and holiday allowance of 9% of total hourly wages will be paid in lieu of paid vacation.  

Overtime: Overtime will be paid for all hours worked beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Time and one-half for the first 2 hours of overtime Monday through Friday. Double time for all hours worked thereafter. Double time for all hours worked Saturday and Sunday.

Meal allowance: Meal or $22 provided after 2 hours of overtime and every 4 hours worked thereafter. 

Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours at applicable overtime rate. 

Mileage: 55¢ per km.

Major industrial mechanics: $37.66 per hour
Mechanics: $35
Journeyman: $35
Apprentice: $17.16 rising in 4 steps to $28.65
Major industrial journeyman: $37.66
Major industrial apprentice: $18.40 rising in 4 steps to $31.02

Editor’s notes:  Board allowance: $118 per day scheduled. $121 per day effective May 1, 2016. $134 per day effective May 1, 2017. Cleanup: 10 minutes before the end of the work day will be dedicated to cleaning and picking up tools and equipment. Height pay: 35¢ per hour for employees working on swing stage at heights of over 50 feet.
