Paid holidays: 10 days.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond normal working hours Monday through Friday. Time and one-half for all hours worked on Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays.
Medical benefits: Employer contributes $1.50 per hour paid for each employee.
Dental: Employer contributes $1.50 per hour paid for each employee.
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours at applicable overtime rate.
Uniforms/clothing: Glove allowance of $2 per day worked.
Mileage: 52¢ per km. $120 per day worked when the employee is required to travel more than 100 km for 2 or more consecutive days. $125 effective May 1, 2016. $130 effective May 1, 2017.

Editor’s notes: Reporting time: Employees who report to work and for whom no work is provided will be paid for 2 hours at applicable wage rate. Layoff: Layoffs will occur only at noon and 4 p.m. Employees will receive 2 hours’ notice of layoff or 2 hours’ pay at regular rate in lieu of notice. Organizing fund: Employer will contribute 7¢ per hour paid for each employee to the union’s organizing fund. Building fund: Employer will contribute 25¢ per hour paid for each journeyman to the union’s building fund. Moonlighting: Employees who undertake extra work similar to or connected with the activities of the employer after their regular working hours will be suspended for 1 week. If an employee is found to have moonlighted on a second occasion within a 1-year period of the last offence, the employee will be subject to immediate dismissal.
