Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2022. Signed on Oct. 25, 2019.
Shift premium: 1 additional hour per shift will be paid for all shifts that begin before 5 a.m. or after 3:30 p.m. and hours worked on shift will be paid at regular hourly rate. $0.50 per hour for swing stage men, paperhangers, fabric hangers, signwriters. $1 per hour for sub-foremen, spray men, sandblasters. $2 per hour for foremen. $0.50 per hour for all work on swing stage, bosun chair, interior and exterior, exterior work on scaffolding and ladders that are 50 feet or higher; $1 per hour for those that are 150 feet or higher.
Paid holidays: Employer will pay 6% of gross pay. 10 days.
Vacations with pay: Employer will pay 4% of gross pay.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all overtime performed between Monday and Sunday inclusive; double time after 3 hours of overtime or work on Sunday or statutory holiday. Double time for work in fair wage areas.
Meal allowance: $15 to each employee when working beyond 12-hour shift.
Medical benefits: Employer will contribute $3.58 per hour (previously $3.48 per hour) to welfare trust fund.
Pension: Employer will contribute $6.15 per hour (previously $6 per hour) to pension plan trust fund.
Mileage: $0.20 per kilometre for all work performed between 51-kilometre and 120-kilometre radius from city hall; $0.55 per kilometre for transportation beyond 50 kilometres. $0.55 per kilometre when employee uses own vehicle for employer use and employer will carry non-owner insurance for such employee.

Room, board allowance: $85 daily or up to $595 weekly for employees working on job who maintain temporary living quarters away from permanent residence ($35 per day for board, (meals) when employer provides room). Wraparound: $0.20 per kilometre to and from out-of-town jobs on once per month basis. finishing trades trust fund: Employer will contribute $0.47 to finishing trades trust fund.
