Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2017, to Jan. 31, 2020. Ratified on April 6, 2017. Signed on April 6, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective year 1: $0.25 per hour
Effective year 2: $0.35 per hour
Effective year 3: $040 per hour
Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for lead person. $1 per hour (previously $1.10 per hour) for work starting at or after 11 a.m. (hours worked from 3 p.m. to 6 a.m. will be paid). $1 per hour for employees who work 5-day weeks that includes Saturday or Sunday ($1.50 per hour for work on Sunday). 
Paid holidays: 13 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 20 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 30 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 or 10 hours per day or on statutory holiday or on day not part of regular work schedule.
Medical benefits: All full-time employees eligible to participate in employers’ flexible benefit plan.
Sick leave: 6 days. If employee hasn’t used any time, credit of 6 days will be given. If employee has 5 days of sick leave remaining, credit of 1 week of absence will be given. 
Pension: Retirement Plan for Hourly Employees of Pepsi-QTG Canada or Pension Plan for Employees of The Pepsi Bottling Group (Canada).
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, child of employee. 4 days for death of father, mother of employee. 3 days for death of grandchild, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law of employee. 1 day for death of grandparent, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law of employee, grandparent of employee’s spouse.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 65 work days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months for disciplinary notes, 24 months for suspensions.
Severance: 1 week per year after 1 year of service; 1.5 weeks per year after 5 years of service; 2 weeks per year, maximum 52 weeks after 20 years of service. 
Safety shoes: Employer will provide maximum 2 pairs of safety boots. 
Uniforms/clothing: Delivery merchandisers, delivery merchandisers assistants, grandfathered merchandisers, service full-time department workers will receive summer issue consisting of 2 pairs of lightweight pants and 2 shirts; winter issue consisting of 2 jackets, 2 shirts, 2 pairs of pants; 1 tie, 1 cap or $355. Warehouse full-time employees will receive summer issue consisting of 3 shirts, 2 pants and winter issue consisting of 3 shirts, 2 pants or $275. Fleet maintenance employees full-time will receive summer issue consisting of 3 shirts, 2 pants and winter issue consisting of 3 shirts, 2 pants or $275.
Tool allowance: $400 per year for fleet employees. $300 per year for servicepersons.

Editor’s notes: Temporary labour pool: Employer and union agree to an annual temporary labour pool not to exceed 25 employees outside seasonal windows. Employees will be employed for no more than 70 days — for employees on 4-day work week — or 88 days — for employees on 5-day work week schedule.
