Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: Employees will be paid vacation earnings in accordance with federal legislation, on weekly basis.
Overtime: Time and one-half for every hour worked after 40 hours in 1 week.
Probationary period: 300 worked hours.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months for written warnings or other disciplinary measures.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide PPE needed for assigned work, with exception of safety boots and prescription safety glasses.

Editor’s notes: Union meetings: Employees will be allowed 1 night off per month to attend union meetings providing it does not conflict with work requirements at employer’s facility. Cancelled shifts: If it is required to cancel operations less than 2 hours before shift — for any unexpected events including adverse weather conditions — employee who had been scheduled for that shift will be paid 2 hours at base pay.
