Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2015, to April 30, 2019. Signed on Aug. 21, 2015.
Wage adjustments:
Effective May 1, 2015: 1%
Effective May 1, 2016: 1.25%
Effective May 1, 2017: 1.5%
Effective May 1, 2018: 1.75%
Dental: 100% of premiums for Queen’s Enhanced Dental Plan paid by the employer.
Medical benefits: 100% of premiums for Queen’s Supplementary Medical Plan paid by the employer.
Sick leave: Up to 180 days.
LTD: 100% of premiums paid by employee.
Life insurance: Maximum of $200,000 coverage. 55% of premiums paid by the employer and 45% of premiums paid by the employee.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee’s spouse, common-law spouse, same sex partner, child, sibling, parent, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, foster parent or ward.
Seniority – recall rights: 3 years.

Assistant professor floor: $67,517 annually
General librarian/general archivist floor: $57,504
Assistant librarian/assistant archivist floor: $64,692
Associate librarian/associate archivist floor: $75,474
Librarian/archivist floor: $89,850

Surveillance: Surveillance devices and practices will not be placed or implemented within an employee’s office, private work space or private laboratory without the consent of that employee. Relocation expenses: Up to $1,800 for a 1-year contract. Up to $2,200 for a contract of more than 1 year but less than 3 years. $3,300 for a contract of 3 years or more. Maternity leave: Maternity leave with top-up for up to 20 weeks. Maternity leave without top-up for up to 13 weeks. Parental leave: Parental leave with top-up for up to 20 weeks. Parental leave without top-up for up to 1 year. Professional expenses: $1,782 for 2015-2016. $1,804 for 2016-2017. $1,831 for 2017-2018. $1,863 for 2018-2019.
