Renewal agreement: Effective July 20, 2017, to Sept. 19, 2020. Signed on July 20, 2017.
Shift premium: $0.75 per hour for all work between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. for employees who work at least 24 hours per week (except for janitorial, maintenance employees). $1 per hour for all employees who work on Sunday (except for janitorial, maintenance employees). $10 per day (previously $8 per day) for employee temporarily filling position paying higher rate for 2 days or more; $18 per day (previously $16 per day) for employee temporarily filling position paying higher rate for 3 days or more. $1 per hour for each hour assigned to operate truck requiring 3A license. $0.85 per hour for pump attendant in charge of shift invoicing supervision of other employees. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 13 years, 6 weeks after 18 years, 7 weeks after 23 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 37.5, 38, 40 hours per week. Double time after first 3 hours of overtime. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums for group dental plan. 
Vision: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1.25 days per month. 
LTD: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for first $10,000 of coverage; employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for any further coverage. 
Pension: After 2 years of service, employer matches employee contribution of 6% into Co-operative Superannuation Society pension plan.
Bereavement leave: 7 days for death in immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, children, grandparents, mother-in-law, father-in-law, foster-parents, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours’ work or 3 hours’ pay at overtime rates.
Probationary period: 90 calendar days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: 1 week after 60 days of service; 2 weeks after 1 year of service; 4 weeks after 3 years of service; 6 weeks after 5 years of service; 8 weeks after 10 years of service.
Safety shoes: 50% reimbursement, maximum $125, for employees required by occupational health and safety or deemed necessary by employer to wear safety boots or shoes.
