Renewal agreement: Effective March 30, 2023 to March 30, 2026. Signed on March 30, 2023.

Wage adjustments:

Effective year 2: 2%.

Effective year 3: 2%.

Shift premium: $20 per month cellular telephone/data allowance. $10,000 annualized (pro-rated on monthly basis as needed by employer; partial months of responsibilities will count as completed month) for training captains.

Paid holidays: 10 days, including provincial civic holiday (date varies from province to province) in lieu of Remembrance Day, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years.

Overtime: Paid at time and one-half after hours of work threshold reaches 160 hours in 28-day crew schedule period.

Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.

Bereavement leave: 5 days (plus unpaid leave, maximum 5 days) for death in family (parents, child (including still-born child), spouse, common-law partner. 3 days (plus unpaid leave, maximum 7 days) for death of immediate family member.

Seniority – recall rights: 12 consecutive months after layoff.

Probationary period: 120 calendar days commencing at completion of first revenue-generating flight.

Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide, reflective vests, ear plugs, at no cost to employee.

B190 CA: $67,500

B190 FO: $34,000

C208 CA: $43,000

FCMs after ratification

B190 CA: $64,000

Editor’s notes: Transport Canada required medical examinations: Employer will reimburse FCM for cost of periodic physical and electrocardiogram examinations required for license endorsement with civil aviation medical examiner, maximum $200 per year. Per diems: No per diem for first 4 hours; $3.45 per hour for any hours in excess of 4 hours, maximum $69 per day for all FCMs.
