Wage adjustments:
Full-time warehousemen and janitors hired prior to April 17, 2016
Effective April 17th, 2016: $0.67 per hour
Effective April 16th, 2017: $0.40 per hour
Effective April 15th, 2018: $0.40 per hour
Effective April 14th, 2019: $0.40 per hour
Part-time warehousemen and janitors hired prior to April 17, 2016:
Effective April 17th, 2016: $0.40 per hour
Effective April 16th, 2017: $0.40 per hour
Effective April 15th, 2018: $0.40 per hour
Effective April 14th, 2019: $0.40 per hour
Shift premium: $1 per hour for hours worked between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. Crew lead hand: $1.50 per hour. Relief supervisors: $2.50 per hour.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 5.77% after 3 years, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 7.69% after 8 years, 5 weeks or 9.62% after 16 years, 6 weeks or 11.54% after 23 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for hours worked after 8 hours or 10 hours, depending on 8- or 10-hour shifts. Time and one-half for hours worked after 40 hours per week. Time and one-half for working holidays.
Meal allowance: Company will pay for meals to drivers on round-trips, depending on the length.
Sick leave: 40 hours per 12 months.
Bereavement leave: 5 days (3 days for part-time worker) for death in immediate family (spouse, child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, spouse’s parent, legal dependent, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law). 3 days for death in close family (grandparent, step-grandparent, spouse’s grandparent). 1 day for death in other family (aunt, aunt-in-law, uncle, uncle-in-law). 1 day to serve as a pallbearer.
Probationary period: 520 hours.
Severance: 1 week if worked 1 year, 1 week per year, maximum 15 weeks.
Safety shoes: $120 per year.
Mileage: Company will pay mileage for drivers on round-trips, depending on the length.
