Wage adjustments:

Shift premium: English language premium: $24.20 for verbal competence and $35.20 for verbal and written competence. AMF premium: $7.45 per hour for AMF. $7.56 effective 2016, $7.71 effective 2017, $7.87 effective 2018 and $8.03 effective 2019.
Paid holidays: 13 days.
Vacations with pay: 1 1/4 days per month worked to a maximum of 15 days to start, 17 days after 1 year, 18 days after 2 years, 20 days after 3 years, 21 days after 4 years, 22 days after 5 years, 23 days after 7 years, 24 days after 10 years, 25 days after 13 years, 26 days after 18 years and 27 days after 20 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for the first 4 hours of overtime and double time for all hours worked thereafter. Time and one-half for all hours worked on Saturday and double time for all hours worked on Sunday.
Meal allowance: $8 after 3 hours’ overtime. $9 effective Jan. 1, 2016.
Sick leave: 60 hours.
Bereavement leave: 10 days for employee’s spouse, child or spouse’s child. 5 days for employee’s father or mother. 3 days for employee’s stepparent, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law or daughter-in-law. 2 days for employee’s brother-in-law, sister-in-law or grandchild. 1 day for employee’s grandparent, nephew or niece. 1 additional day if burial takes place more than 160 km from employee’s residence.
Seniority – recall rights: 2 years.
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours.
Probationary period: 16 months for agents. 1 year for positions equal or above salary class D. 6 months for posts in salary classes A, B and C.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year for discipline relating to unsatisfactory work. 6 months for all other discipline.
