Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2022 to Jan. 31, 2025. Signed on March 3, 2022.

Shift premium: $1.25 per hour for hours worked on shifts that begin between 11:59 p.m. and 2 a.m. for Toronto. $2.25 per hour for hours worked on shifts that begin between midnight and 6 a.m. for Vancouver.

Paid holidays: 10 days.

Vacations with pay: 8 hours for every 200 hours worked, maximum 10 days, to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 20 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 40 hours per week or after 8 hours per day.

Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, parents, parent’s spouse (including common-law partner), mother-in-law, father-in-law and spouses (including common-law partner), children, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, brothers, sisters, grandparents, grandchildren, relatives who live with employee).

Seniority – recall rights: 12 months after layoff or medical leave of absence.

Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at applicable overtime rate.

Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months for verbal, written warnings.

Safety shoes: $95 for approved safety footwear once every 12 months (previously $85 every 12 months).

Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply work gloves, dust masks upon request (gloves will not be worn when working with conveyor equipment).

Start: $17.05 rising 1 step to $17.65

6 months: $17.32 rising 1 step to $17.93

12 months: $17.59 rising 1 step to $18.20

18 months: $17.86 rising 1 step to $18.48

Forklift

Start: $18.40 rising 1 step to $19.04

6 months: $18.66 rising 1 step to $19.32

12 months: $18.93 rising 1 step to $19.60

18 months: $19.20 rising 1 step to $19.88

Lead-hand

Start: $21.40 rising 1 step to $22.15

6 months: $21.67 rising 1 step to $22.43

12 months: $21.94 rising 1 step to $22.70

18 months: $22.21 rising 1 step to $22.98
