Renewal agreement: Effective March 1, 2018, to Feb. 28, 2021. Ratified on Feb. 20, 2018. Signed on Feb. 21, 2018.
Paid holidays: 9 days. 
Vacations with pay: 6% on each paycheque. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Time and one-half for hours worked on a Sunday between midnight and 8 a.m. Double time for hours worked after 12 hours per day, 60 hours per week and all hours after 8 hours Sunday. 
Pension: 4% to union group RRSP on behalf of employee. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours for set-ups, put-outs or special calls. Minimum 2 hours where set-up immediately precedes performance. If put-out immediately follows performance and is completed within 1 hour, minimum will be 2 hours for those working both show and set-up or put-out, where applicable. Minimum 3.5 hours for cancelled show call, 4 hours for any other type of cancellation with minimum 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
Tool allowance: IATSE crew will provide hammer, multi-driver (includes flathead, Robinson and Philips bits) crescent wrench and pliers. Company will advise union is additional tools such as cordless drills, multi-meters as required. Company will provide hoists, forklifts, tractors, trucks, and trailers when required.

Department head 1 (includes carpenter, fly, electrical, sound, all ground riggers, wardrobe)
Hourly: $33.30 rising 2 steps to $33.96
Show calls: $116.53 rising 2 steps to $118.87
Crew 2 (includes forklift)
Hourly: $30.75 rising 2 steps to $31.37
Show calls: $107.64 rising 2 steps to $109.80
Spotlights
Hourly: $31.26 rising 2 steps to $31.89
Show calls: $109.41 rising 2 steps to $111.61
High rigger
Hourly: $39.12 rising 2 steps to $39.90
Personnel lift operators (during Stampede time): $31.75 rising 2 steps to $32.39
Editor’s notes: Liability insurance: Union must maintain directors’ and officers’ general liability insurance of at least $3 million.
