Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2014, to March 31, 2019. Signed on May 17 and 27, 2016.
Wage adjustments:

Shift premium: $0.60 per hour for work between 6 p.m. and midnight. $0.85 per hour for work between midnight and 8 a.m. 1 hour for working Saturday or Sunday. $120 per month if holding a level 2 first-aid certificate.
Paid holidays: 12 days.
Vacations with pay: 1 ¼ days per month, maximum 15 days to start, 15 days after 2 years, 20 days after 6 years, 25 days after 11 years, 30 days after 20 years.
Overtime: Double time after 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week, work on a rest day, work on a holiday (plus regular daily pay). Double time for vacation work, plus extra vacation day.
Medical benefits: 100% premium paid by employer.
Dental: 100% premium paid by employer.
Vision: $300 per family member every 2 years.
Weekly indemnity: 100% premium paid by employer. 66 2/3% of salary for 13 weeks after 30 day waiting period.
Sick leave: 1.5 days per month during probationary period, 12 days when period completed, additional 18 days on the following June 1.
LTD: 100% premium paid by employer. 66 2/3% of salary after expiry of weekly indemnity until return to work or until 65.
AD&D: 100% premium paid by employer.
Life insurance: 100% premium paid by employer.
Pension: Municipal Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 4 days (previously 5 days) for death in immediate family (parent, wife, husband, common-law spouse, brother, sister, child, grandparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, foster-children and stepchildren). 1 half-day to attend a funeral.
Seniority – recall rights: I month for every year over 5, maximum 24 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours overtime pay from when employee leaves home and returns home.
Probationary period: 560 hours.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: I week for every year, maximum 12 weeks.
Uniforms/clothing: 100% supplied by employer.
