Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 16, 2013, to Feb. 15, 2017. Signed on Sept. 28, 2015.

Wage adjustments:

Effective 2014: 1.5%

Calculated by CLR.

Paid holidays: 10 days.

Vacations with pay: 1 day per month worked to a maximum of 10 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years and 5 weeks after 19 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half for all time worked beyond 56 hours per week.

Sick leave: 5 days.

Bereavement leave: 4 days for employee’s father, mother, brother, sister, spouse, child or spouse’s child. 2 days for employee’s father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law or daughter-in-law.

Seniority – recall rights: 18 months.

Probationary period: 60 days.

Discipline: Sunset clause is 9 months.

Safety shoes: $110 per year.

Uniforms/clothing: Employer provides uniforms, including 2 pairs of pants, 4 shirts and 1 coat every 2 years.

Sample rates of pay (current, after 1.5% increase):

Truck driver: $19.19 per hour

Editor’s notes: Birth: 1 paid day and 1 unpaid day for the birth of employee’s child.
