Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2026. Signed on Nov. 3. 2021.
Paid holidays: 13 days, including National Truth and Reconciliation Day.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 4 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 9 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 15 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 45 hours per week and 9 hours per day.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 66.7% of weekly earnings, maximum $600 per week.
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 66.7% of first $2,250 monthly earnings, plus 50% of next $3000, plus 40% of remainder, maximum $8,200 per month.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 2 times annual salary.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 2 times annual salary.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, mother, father, children, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren, stepparents, stepchildren).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months after layoffs.
Probationary period: First 90 working days accumulated within 180 consecutive-day period.
Uniforms/clothing: If employee or owner operator is required to wear any kind of uniform as condition of employment, employer will provide 3 shirts and 2 pairs of trousers per year.

Tractor rate (tractor pulling Versacold trailers): $58.17 rising 3 steps to $62.19
Tractor/pup: $23.77 rising 3 steps to $25.41
Straight truck: $25.33 rising 3 steps to $27.08
Editor’s notes: Physical examinations: Any employer-requested physical or medical examination will be complied with by all employees/owner operators and employer will pay for such examinations. Employee will be compensated maximum of 2 hours at regular rate of pay. Subsistence: All employees who are required to book rest or to layover away from home terminal will be paid $50 per day to cover meal costs. Provided truck has no sleeper, employer will provide all employees required to take rest or to layover away from home terminal with suitable hotel or motel room as required.
