Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2023. Signed on April 12, 2021.

Wage adjustments:

Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 3%

Effective April 1, 2021: 3%

Effective April 1, 2022: 3%

Paid holidays: 10 days (Family Day, excluding Quebec; St. Jean Baptiste Day, Quebec only). Employees will also receive 1 floater holiday.

Vacations with pay: 15 days or 1.25 days per month to start, 20 days or 1.66 days per month after 4 years, 25 days or 2.08 days per month after 10 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 40 hours per week.

Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.

Dental: Coverage of $1,000 per year for routine, major, bridges and dentures dental coverage.

LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums.

AD&D: Coverage of 100% of annual earnings, maximum $100,000.

Life insurance: Coverage of 100% of annual earnings, maximum $100,000.

Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law partner, father, mother, children, children of employee’s spouse or common-law partner, grandchildren, siblings). 3 days for death in other family (aunt, uncle, grandmother, grandfather, mother and father of spouse or common-law partner). Employees must have 3 months of service to qualify.

Seniority – recall rights: 12 months after layoff.

Call-in pay: Time and one-half for minimum 4 hours (if there are not 4 hours of work available, employer can assign duties to complete 4-hour minimum). Employee may choose to take time off in lieu of pay.

Probationary period: 6 full months worked.

Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years for all documents referring to discipline.

Severance: Minimum 2 weeks of pay per year of service, prorated for part years, maximum 16 weeks.

Mileage: $0.45 per kilometre for employee who uses personal vehicle for business use.
