Renewal agreement: Effective July 13, 2021 to April 30, 2024. Ratified in July 2021. Signed on Aug. 9, 2021.
Wage adjustments:
Effective July 13, 2021: 9.8%
Effective May 1, 2022: 2.6%
Effective May 7, 2023: 2.5%
Shift premium: 8 hours’ pay for 7 hours worked for occupied premises work. Foreman receives $1 per hour above normal rate.
Paid holidays: 9 days. Employer will pay 11% as vacation and holiday pay.
Overtime: Time and one-half for any time worked in excess of regular working day and all work performed on Saturday, Sunday or paid holiday.
Medical benefits: Employer contributes to employee welfare plan.
Pension: Employer contributes to pension plan.
Mileage: $75 per day for all work located beyond radius of 60 kilometres of intersection of Carling and Preston Streets.

High-rise apartments or condominiums: $35.66 rising 2 steps to $37.48
Low-rise housing including townhouses: $30.11 rising 2 steps to $31.91
