Renewal agreement: Effective March 1, 2021, to Dec. 31, 2025. Signed Feb. 20, 2020.

Wage adjustments:

Effective Jan. 1, 2024: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2025: 2%

Paid holidays: 10 days.

Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 7 years.

Overtime: One- and one-half times the Cabin Personnel’s hourly rate, for hours worked in excess of 90 hours a month, or b) 110 hours a month for non-operational shift pick-ups.

Medical benefits: Included in group benefit program.

Dental: Included in group benefit program.

Sick leave: 12 days for full time employees. 8 days for part time employees.

STD: Included in group benefit program.

LTD: Included in group benefit program.

Bereavement leave: Up to 5 days for immediate family members.

Probationary period: 9 months.

Uniforms/clothing: Uniform provided.

Sample rates of pay (as of Jan. 1, 2024):

Cabin crew base rate: $27.76 rising to $28.31

Wide-body Cabin Managers base rate: $34.69 rising to $35.39

Editor’s notes: Relocation assistance provided to Cabin Personnel when the Company closes a base, and the Cabin Personnel is required by the Company to transfer to another base or to a Cabin Personnel recalled from layoff and assigned to a base other than the one they held at the time of the layoff.
