Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2015, to Dec. 31, 2019.
Wage adjustments:
Effective Jan. 1, 2015: $500 signing bonus
Effective Jan. 1, 2016: $500 signing bonus
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 1.6%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 1.6%
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 1.6%
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 21 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 2 hours of overtime, double time for all hours worked thereafter. Double time for all hours worked on a Sunday.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for the loss of a spouse or child. 3 days for the loss of mother, father, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 18 months for employees with at least 5 years' seniority.
Probationary period: 3 months.
Safety shoes: $125 per year upon receipt for safety boots.
Uniforms/clothing: 3 pairs of shirts, 2 pairs of trousers provided per year for employees required to wear uniforms. Employees must furnish at own expense suitable clothing, shoes, gloves, winter weather and protective clothing to perform job effectively. Gloves and leather aprons provided for employees required to handle fish, meat, frozen butter, hides, spun glass, lamp back, barbed wire, acids dirty oil drums or ore concentrations in bulk.

Dock men: $24.39 per hour
City pick-up and delivery driver: $24.39
City pick-up and delivery driver, semi-trailer: $24.49
Mechanics, licensed: $29.25
Mechanics, unlicensed: $25.11
Tiremen: $24.39
Greasers: $24.39
Shop helper: $22.25
