Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2015, to March 31, 2019.

Wage adjustments:

Effective April 1, 2016: 2.4%

Effective April 1, 2017: 2.3%

Shift premium: 50¢ for lead hands.

Paid holidays: 10 days. Time and one-half for all hours worked on a named holiday.

Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of 44 per week. Double time for all hours worked on a Sunday.

Pension: Employer contributions as follows: $3 per hour effective April 1, 2015, $3.25 per hour effective April 1, 2016, $3.50 per hour effective April 1, 2017, $3.75 per hour effective April 1, 2018.

Bereavement leave: 3 days for the death of employee’s mother, father, parents-in-law, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, wife, children and grandchildren. 1 day for the death of a grandparent, aunt or uncle.

Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.

Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.

Probationary period: 3 months.

Safety shoes: $175 per year for safety footwear or clothing.

Uniforms/clothing: Coveralls supplied and cleaned by employer.

1 to 3 years' experience: $44.56 per hour

3 years' experience: $44.92

4 years' experience: $45.29
