Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2022. Signed on Jan. 18, 2019.
Wage adjustments:

Shift premium: Next step on pay grid for temporary position or 4% above present salary, whichever is greater, when acting assignment lasts 3 or more continuous working days in higher classification.
Paid holidays: 13 days.
Vacations with pay: 1 1/2 days per month after 1 year, 1 2/3 per month after 5 years, 2 days per month after 10 years. May be carried over to following year, maximum 5 days. 5 additional days for employee who has reached 7, 10 or 15 years of service.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Double time for all work after 10 consecutive days without rest. May be banked and taken as time off in lieu of cash, maximum 120 hours.
Meal allowance: $22 (previously $20) if employee works 6-hour call, and subsequent call on same day extends past 4 hours, then employee, beginning with fifth hour will be paid at 2 times regular rate of pay and be given allowance; should any meal break (after paid half-hour meal break) be less than 1 hour, employee will be paid for 1 hour at time and one-half and will receive $22 meal allowance (previously $20), or acceptable meal provided by Yukon Arts Centre or client at employer expense; if, after 6 hours, it is impossible for employee to receive meal break, then seventh hour and each subsequent hour will be paid at double time and employee will receive $22 meal allowance (previously $20); $22 (previously $20) if employee works show longer than 8 hours (in addition to previous allowances).
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1 1/2 days per month. May be carried over to following year, maximum 110 days of accumulation. 3 days per year of accumulated credits may be taken for mental-health purposes.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Employees may choose to be enrolled in employer’s group RRSP. Employer will deduct 4.5% of employee’s gross pay. In addition, employer will match 4.5% deduction.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in family (spouse, parent, stepparent, grandparent, surrogate-parent, sister, brother, half-sister, half-brother, child, grandchild, stepchild, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law. In special circumstances, leave may include others). 2 additional days for employee who must travel out of Whitehorse. 10 additional days upon request may be given.
Seniority – recall rights: 2 years; 1 year for layoff.
Probationary period: 6 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months, at request of employee.
Safety shoes: $175 reimbursement for CSA-approved safety boots.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply employees with hard hats, eye protection, ear protection, gloves, universal fall-arrest harnesses. Employee must wear dress blacks (black semi-formal attire) whenever their work takes place in view of audience. Employer will provide $175 per year (previously $150 per year) for dress blacks. Employer will provide stock of black shirts for other production staff employees.
Mileage: Employer will pay mileage at Yukon Territorial Government rate when employee uses own personal vehicle for job-related purposes.
