Aman represents the People and Culture team at the executive level at Refrigerative Supply Limited. She also owns Communications for Refrigerative Supply. Under her leadership, her team supports the business across all functions and innovative initiatives that address today’s challenges of achieving revenue goals, controlling expenses, satisfying client groups, and attracting/retaining talent while achieving business objectives.

Aman's life is driven by a profound purpose to serve. This purpose, which she extends to her work, her community, and her loved ones, fuels her passion for people and culture. Her dedication to making a difference is a constant source of inspiration, as she strives to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to excel in their work and live their best life every day.

Her leadership purpose is to ignite curiosity and passion that encourages growth, brilliance, adventure, and fierce resolve. Aman's extensive career as a business leader spans over 15 years, during which she has amassed extensive experience in people and culture. Her diverse industry background, which includes manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and more, instills confidence in her ability to adapt and excel in any professional setting.

Aman has an MBA specializing in International Business and Innovation and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources. She is a current member of the Chartered Professional in Human Resources BC & Yukon and the MacKay CEO Forum, and a past member of TEC Canada. Additionally, Aman is a Program Advisory Committee member at Acsenda School of Management in Vancouver.
