Manitoba WCB to survey employers for feedback

Employer satisfaction survey will take place Nov. 22 to Dec. 2

The Workers Compensation Board (WCB) of Manitoba will be contacting a sampling of small, medium and large employers to hear their opinions about the WCB.

From Nov. 22 to Dec. 2, the survey will be conducted by phone and email. The survey asks questions about the services provided by the assessment services, short term claims and case management departments and solicits opinions employers have about the WCB’s support for injury prevention and return to work, according to the WCB.

Employers with at least one injury claim in 2011 may be called and asked to complete the survey on the phone or online via an emailed web link.

Viewpoints Research, a public opinion service provider, is conducting this year’s survey.

Participation is voluntary and confidential. No record of individual responses will be retained by the WCB. Employers with questions about the survey can contact Tim Young, manager, customer service and quality assurance at the WCB at 1-800-362-3340, ext. 4948 or by email at [email protected].
