Conference puts spotlight on foreign-trained HR professionals

Canadian HR Reporter TV's Amanda Silliker takes in a conference designed to help HR IEPs

In June, the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) held a conference in downtown Toronto. It was just one stop in a province-wide series, held in partnership with the Government of Ontario, in an effort to help internationally educated HR professionals succeed in the workplace.

Canadian HR Reporter TV's Amanda Silliker took in the conference to find out what employers can do to help HR IEPs, and how internationally educated HR professionals can jump start their careers in Canada.
