Canadian HR Reporter TV hit the floor of the 2010 Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) conference and tradeshow, held at the end of January in Toronto. We talked to HRPA CEO Bill Greenhalgh about the conference and its importance for HR professionals.
Greenhalgh said the topics covered at the 2010 conference reflected the improving economy, including talent management and retention and getting training in place to position employers for recovery.
The conference kicked off with the second annual Human Resources Summit Awards, presented by Canadian HR Reporter and HRPA.
