Canadian HR Reporter launches new publication for occupational health and safety professionals
Canadian HR Reporter is pleased to announce the launch of Canadian Safety Reporter.
This new occupational heath and safety newsletter (and its website www.safety-reporter.com) has been created as a management resource for health and safety managers and human resources professionals.
Canadian Safety Reporter’s mandate is to be a high-level information resource for OHS leaders. It will examine strategic issues in employee health and safety, provide case studies of employer initiatives and programs, track legislative and regulatory changes across Canada, report on legal cases (including an opportunity to send questions to our “Ask the Expert” legal panel), cover news and trends, share industry insights and point readers to OHS resources.
Subscribers will receive a monthly print issue, a monthly e-newsletter update and full access to www.safety-reporter.com. Canadian Safety Reporter’s website will feature daily news (including video reports and interviews), links to OHS resources, webinars, article archives and more.
Combining the work of trained journalists with the insights and practical advice of industry experts, Canadian Safety Reporter brings together two renowned information sources — Canadian HR Reporter and Carswell, a Thomson Reuters business. Canadian HR Reporter, the nation’s leading HR publication, has been keeping HR professionals up-to-date and informed for more than 25 years, including coverage of OHS issues. Carswell, Canadian HR Reporter’s parent company, has been the number one source for health and safety compliance information for more than 25 years, as well. The birth of Canadian Safety Reporter thus brings together two solid track records, guaranteeing reliable OHS information.
