WorldatWork in Scottsdale, Ariz., has created a tool that poses 225 questions to be asked by boards of directors before they approve compensation plans.
The WorldatWork Executive Rewards Questionary is available free at www.worldatwork.-org/execcomptool and can help with planning or modifying a company’s stock plans, equity based plans, short- and long-term incentive plans, executive benefits, employment agreements or severance agreements.
