Slowdown expected by HR in quebec: Survey
MONTREAL — HR professionals in Quebec expect to see a slowdown in hiring in 2012, according to a survey of 366 HR professionals by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA). The net difference between hiring expectations amounted to 22.6 per cent, compared to 30.5 per cent in the previous quarter and 42.6 per cent in the first quarter of 2011.

TORONTO — Aside from salary, 38 per cent of professionals identify work-life balance as the top contributor to job satisfaction, according to an Office-Team survey of 210 Canadian workers. Opportunities to learn and grow (20 per cent) and a good working relationship with the boss (16 per cent) followed.
