WINNIPEG — Manitoba will be introducing accessibility legislation in 2013. The legislation will outline clear and achievable goals; ensure accessibility standards affect public and private sectors; allow people with disabilities to play a central role in the development of standards; and ensure guarantees in human rights codes are not affected.
