Deadline for annual ranking just days away
Canadian HR Reporter’s 2023 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Employers will showcase companies with effective DE&I programs.
The list will recognize the best companies whose DE&I initiatives set them apart from the competition.
To be considered for this year’s showcase, companies must complete this online entry form before the deadline on March 10.
In the second phase of the nomination process, your team members have an opportunity to share your organization’s best programs and policies that ensure an inclusive working environment. Companies that obtain the minimum number of responses and achieve an average satisfaction rating of 80% or higher from employees will receive the award.
