Web sight: Recognizable Web sites

In searching for Web sites covering employee rewards and recognition, I found that most of the sites fell into two categories: those offering a product or service for employee recognition and those covering the psychological effect of recognition and motivation. The first three sites focus on products and services while the last two point you to some helpful articles.

Baudville
www.baudville.com
This site offers a unique collection of low-cost recognition items, including their very own “Pocket Praise” cards. Baudville also offers resources and books in the area of motivation and recognition.

Bravanta
www.bravanta.com/index.cfm
A wonderful site that is easy to navigate and is full of some great ideas. Yes, they are U.S.-based so some of the gifts available cannot be shipped to Canada.

HR Press

We’ve got software to run everything else in HR, so why not for our employee recognition programs? Here you will find information on a few different software packages to help develop and manage your recognition program.
