Renewal agreement: April 10, 2025 to April 9, 2028.
Wage adjustments:
2025: 2.5%
2026: 3%
2027: 3%
Shift premium: Double time on a weekend premium day. Time-and-a-half for first normal working day on a premium weekend day if at least 24 hours notice provided.
Paid holidays: 12 days including 1 floater day and employee’s work anniversary.
Vacations with pay: Ontario Employment Standards Act entitlements to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years.
Overtime: Time-and-a-half for work performed in excess of 8 in a day or 40 in a week, and all hours worked on a paid holiday.
Medical Benefits: Employer pays 75% of premiums of benefit plan.
Vision: $70 reimbursement towards cost of bi-annual eye exam.
Bereavement leave: 4 paid days for death of spouse (including common law), parent, child, grandchild, sibling, parent-in-law, or grandparent. 1 paid day for death of spouse’s grandparent, sibling-in-law, aunt, uncle, niece, or nephew.
Seniority – recall rights: 18 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at straight time rates if called in after leaving workplace.
Probationary period: 60 working days.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.

Room attendant/laundry: $18.04 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $19.14 (2027).
Maintenance assistant: $18.95 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $20.11 (2027).
Guest services attendant, pantry: $18.04 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $19.14 (2027).
Night Audit/security: $18.29 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $19.40 (2027).
Night Audit lead: $18.67 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $19.80 (2027).
