Renewal agreement: March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2026.
Wage adjustments:
2021: 2.25%
2022: 3%
2023: 3%
2024: 3%
2025: 3%
Paid holidays: 11 days in accordance with NB Days of Rest Act.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 6 years, 4 weeks after 16 years.
Medical Benefits: Employer pays 50% of cost of premiums for extended health coverage.
Dental: Employer pays 50% of cost of premiums for dental insurance coverage.
Long-term disability: Employees pay full cost of mandatory LTD coverage by payroll deduction.
Life insurance: Employer pays 50% of cost of premiums for group insurance benefits.
Pension: Employer agrees to use its best efforts to establish an RRSP purchased by payroll deduction for employees who wish to participate.
Bereavement leave: 3 paid days plus 2 unpaid days for death of parent, spouse, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, or parent-in-law. 2 paid days plus 3 unpaid days for death of sibling-in-law, aunt, or uncle. If employee is notified while at work of the death of a person in close family relationship, they shall be relieved from duty and paid for the balance of the workday.
Sick leave: 5 paid personal days per year.
Seniority – recall rights: 9 months.
Probationary period: 1,040 hours.
Safety shoes: $175 per year reimbursement.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer pays 75% of cost of supply and weekly cleaning of either 5 coveralls and/or 5 uniforms. Employer provides 2 company caps per year.
Tool allowance: $275 per year for each service technician and apprentice.

Service technician I: $27.41 (2021) rising in 4 steps to $30.85 (2025).
Service technician III: $22.12 (2021) rising in 4 steps to $24.89 (2025).
Parts advisor specialist: $21.47 (2021) rising in 4 steps to $24.17 (2025).
Parts advisor I: $19.03 (2021) rising in 4 steps to $21.42 (2025).
Toyota Touch detailer -specialist: $18.42 (2021) rising in 4 steps to (20.73 (2025).
Toyota Touch detailer I: $17.19 (2021) rising in 4 steps to $19.35 (2025).
Toyota Touch detailer III: $12.94 (2021) rising in 4 steps to $15.48 (2025).
Editor’s Notes: Service work on employees’ vehicles at 50% of customer rate, providing it’s paid in full within 15 days of completion of the work. Parts department purchases at dealer’s cost plus 15%, if paid in full within 15 days.
