Renewal agreement: November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2026. 

Wage adjustments: 

2024: 2.5% 
2025: 2.5% 

Paid holidays: 12 days. 

Vacations with pay: 4.2% of total gross earnings after 1 year, 4.6% after 2 years, 5% after 3 years, 5.4% after 4 years, 6.2% after 5 years, 6.6% after 6 years, 7% after 7 years, 7.4% after 8 years, 7.8% after 9 years, 8.2% after 10 years, 8.6% after 11 years, 9% after 12 years, 9.4% after 13 years, 9.8% after 14 years, 10.2% after 15 years, 10.6% after 16 years. 

Overtime: Time-and-a-half for hours worked in excess of 8 in a day or 40 in a week. Time-and-a-half for hours worked on a holiday up to 12, double time in excess of 12 hours. 

Medical Benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums for extended health plan and out-of-province travel medical insurance. 

Vision: $200 per employee every 24 months for glasses, contact lenses or Lasik surgery. 

Life insurance: Employer pays 50% of premiums for Employee Life Insurance plan. 

Bereavement leave: 104 weeks for death of child if entitled under the Employment Standards Act. 
 
Sick leave: 5 paid days for employees who regularly work less than 30 hours per week and casual employees, 10 paid days for employees who regularly work 30 hours or more per week. Cannot be carried over from year to year. 

Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 

Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours at straight time if called back to work. If greater than 2 hours, applicable straight time or overtime rates. 

Probationary period: 90 calendar days (66 shifts). May be extended for a further 30 calendar days (22 shifts) or longer by mutual agreement. 

Uniforms/clothing: Employer supplies protective gear in accordance with Workers Compensation Act. Employer supplies uniforms and aprons for tasks that require the protection of personal clothing. Uniforms may be laundered at the residence.

Food services, housekeeping: $20.24-$20.64 (2024) rising in 1 step to $20.75-$21.17 (2025). 
Night concierge/security: $22.82-$23.28 (2024) rising in 1 steps to $23.39-$23.86 (2025). 
Sous chef: $28.12-$28.68 (2024) rising in 1 step to $28.82-$29.40 (2025). 
Cook: $25.99-$26.51 (2024) rising in 1 step to $26.64-$27.17 (2025). 
Hospitality services coordinator/recreation & outreach coordinator: $28.07-$28.63 (2024) rising in 1 step to $28.77-$29.35 (2025). 
Facilities maintenance coordinator: $29.23 (2024) rising in 1 step to $29.96 (2025). 
Hospitality services coordinator, maintenance support: $32.66-$33.31 (2024) rising in 1 step to $33.48-$34.15 (2025).
