Renewal agreement: May 26, 2025 to October 31, 2027.
Wage adjustments:
2025: Salaries below the minimum wage receive increase to minimum wage in 2 steps (4 and 6$), all others receive 8%
2026: 2.5%
2027: 2.5%
Paid holidays: 10 days. Employees who have completed 5 years of service receive 1 additional floating holiday.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 2,080 hours, 3 weeks after 10,400 hours, 4 weeks after 20,800 hours, 5 weeks after 41,600 hours.
Overtime: Time-and-a-half for hours worked in excess of 40 in any one week, hours worked on scheduled days off, hours worked in excess of 12 per day for clubhouse employees, and hours worked on a statutory holiday.
Medical Benefits: Benefits cost shared between employer and employee on a 50/50 basis.
Pension: Employer provides $0.65 per hour to the Canadian Commercial Workers’ Pension Fund.
Bereavement leave: 3 paid days for death of parent, child, spouse, sibling, parent-in-law, sibling-in-law, step-child, grandparent, or grandchild. Up to 3 unpaid days for death outside the province.
Sick leave: 4 paid days per year for golf course employees, 6 paid days for club employees. Unused credits may be carried over from year to year up to a maximum of 12 in a year.
Seniority – recall rights: 18 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours when employee leaves workplace and is recalled (3 for casual employees).
Probationary period: 480 hours worked.
Discipline: 15 months sunset clause.
Uniforms/clothing: Employees required to wear uniforms will be provided with them or an annual allowance: $350 for golf course and full-time clubhouse maintenance employees, $175 for clubhouse and part-time clubhouse maintenance employees, $75 for casual employees for pant and shoe expenses.

Food staff supervisor: $17.57-$20.84 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $18.46-$21.90 (2027).
Cook: $17.71-$20.30 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $18.61-$21.33 (2027).
Spraying maintenance: $17.36-$20.62 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $18.24-$21.66 (2027).
Mechanic: $19.25-$22.56 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $20.22-$23.70 (2027).
Irrigation technician/assistant supervisor: $20.41-$24.24 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $21.44-$25.47 (2027).
