Renewal agreement: January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026.
Wage adjustments:
2024: 6.2%
2025: 3%
2026: 3%
Paid holidays: 13 days including 2 floating days.
Vacations with pay: 1 week to start (deducted from entitlement after 1 year), 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 5 years, 5 weeks after 12 years, 6 weeks after 21 years, 7 weeks after 30 years.
Overtime: Time-and-a-half for all authorized work performed outside of normal scheduled working hours and on s Saturday or Sunday.
Medical Benefits: Employer pays 100% of premium for extended health care plan including $400 for massage therapy, $400 for chiropractic, $1,000 for therapy, $500 per family member for hearing aid.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premium for equivalent of Blue Cross 9 coverage. 50% of coverage for dentures, partial plates, braces, and crowns, up to $1,500 annually.
Vision: $450 every 24 months for glasses, contact lenses, or corrective medical procedure. $100 every 24 months for eye examination.
Short-term disability: Employer pays full premium for coverage of 65-75% of regular salary up to $950 per week.
Long-term disability: Employer pays full premium for coverage for up to 2 years following commencement of benefits, to a maximum of $3,750 per month.
Alcohol and substance abuse policy:
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of one-and-a-half times the employee’s regular income with a minimum of $50,000 and a maximum of $100,000.
Pension: Eligible employees required to become members of Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS).
Bereavement leave: 5 paid days for death of spouse, child, step-child, adopted child, legal ward, parent, step-parent, sibling, or step-sibling. 3 paid days for death of parent-in-law, child-in-law, step-parent-in-law, sibling-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, legal guardian, aunt, or uncle. 1 paid day for death of family member outside of members listed.
Sick leave: 6 days with pay per calendar year for incidental sickness or accident. 1 additional reserve day may be granted. Unused sick days can be converted to equivalent vacation days at end of the year.
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours guaranteed for emergency call outs.
Probationary period: 630 hours or 90 days of work.
Mileage: Reimbursement according to employer’s Policy and Procedures Manual for employees required to use and operate their own automobile as a condition of employment.

Clerical support worker: $27.04-$30.89 (2024), rising in 2 steps to $28.69-$32.77 (2026).
Bilingual clerical support worker: $28.56-$32.64 (2024), rising in 2 steps to $30.30-$34.63 (2026).
Employment services worker, caseworker, research analyst, childcare representative: $32.74-$39.16 (2024), rising in 2 steps to $34.73-$41.54 (2026).
Eligibility review officer, family support worker: $38.72-$45.14 (2024), rising in 2 steps to $41.08-$47.88 (2026.
