Renewal agreement: November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2028.
Wage adjustments:
2024: 3%
2025: 2.3%
2026: 3.4%
2027: 23.9%
Shift premium: $0.80 per hour for afternoon shift (start time later than 12 p.m. and ending earlier than 11:30 p.m.). $1 per hour for all hours operating specialized equipment. $1 per hour for working at satellite location. $1 per hour for lead hand or reach truck.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 10 days after 1 year, 15 days after 5 =years, 20 days after 10 years.
Overtime: Time-and-a-half for hours worked after 8 or 10 in a day, depending on the regular scheduled shift hours. Time-and-a-half for hours worked on a statutory holiday, with a minimum of 3 hours.
Medical Benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Health & Welfare Plan.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of full coverage (80% for major restorative for dependents under 19).
Short-term disability: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Long-term disability: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Employer pays $1.55 per employee hour worked towards pension plan (2024) rising to $1.60 (2027).
Bereavement leave: 3 paid days for death of parent, spouse (including common law), child, sibling, parent-in-law (including common law), grandparent, or any relative permanently residing in employee’s household. 1 paid day for funeral of sibling-in-law, child-in-law, or grandchild.
Sick leave: In accordance with the Canada Labour Code.
Seniority – recall rights: 9 months if less than 18 months of employment; 12 months thereafter.
Probationary period: 60 days worked within 4 calendar months.
Safety shoes: $140 per year where safety boots are required for work. Can be accumulated to $280 over 2 years.
Sample rates of pay:
Warehouse A: $21.74 (2024) rising in 3 steps to $23.89 (2027).
Warehouse B: $19.93 (2024) rising in 3 steps to $21.98 (2027).
CSR: $20.47 (2024) rising in 3 steps to $22.62 (2027).
