Renewal agreement: January 18, 2025 to January 17, 2028.
Wage adjustments:
2025: 3%
2026: 2.5%
2027: 2.5%
Shift premium: $1.25 per hour for those regularly scheduled on evening shift (starts between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday). $1.75 per hour for those regularly scheduled on night shift (starts between 10:30 and 11:30 p.m., Monday to Friday). $3 per hour for those regularly scheduled to work on weekend shift (starts between 6 and 9 a.m., Thursday to Saturday).
Paid holidays: 10 days. Each employee with 6 months of services receive 2 additional floating days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 30 years.
Overtime: Time-and-a-half for any work performed in excess of 8 hours in a day or 40 in a week. After 6 hours of overtime, rate becomes double time. For drivers, any work performed in excess of 50 in a week. Time-and-a-half for any work performed on the 6th day of a regular work week. Double time for 7th day of a regular work week.
Medical Benefits: Employer pays full premium for health and welfare plan.
Pension: Company contributes to RRSP for every employee with at least 1 year of service: $44 per month (2025), $47 per month (2026). Employees who reach 60 years of age with 15 years of service (or a combined factor of 75) can elect to participate in progressive retirement program with a reduced work week for up to 5 years.
Bereavement leave: 3 paid days for death of spouse or common-law partner, parent, foster parent, child, adoptive child, sibling, spouse or common-law partner of parent. After 3 months of services, 3 paid days for death of child of spouse or common-law partner, grandchild, grandparent, or relative who resides permanently with employee (1 paid day if not completed 3 months). 1 paid day plus 2 unpaid days for death of sibling-in-law. Additional 2 unpaid days can be requested.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months for employees with less than 1 year of service, 18 months after 1 year of service.
Call-in pay: For employee called back to work after completing regular working shift, minimum 2 hours at time-and-a-half.
Probationary period: 5 months.
Safety shoes: $150 per year for safety boots
Uniforms/clothing: Employer provides security vests, safety glasses, and work gloves.

Audit & Label, maintenance: $22.84 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $24 (2027).
Forklift, material handler: $26.75 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $27.42 (2027).
Shunter: $29.25 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $29.98 (2027).
Driver: $31.76 (2025) rising in 2 steps to $32.56 (2027).
Extra $1.50 per hour for lead hands.
