Renewal agreement: January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026.
Wage adjustments:
2024: 4%
2025: 3%
2026: 3%
Paid holidays: 12.5 days, including last one-half working day before New Year’s and lats working day before Christmas.
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks to start, 3 weeks plus 1 day after 5 years, 3 weeks plus 2 days after 6 years, 3 weeks plus 3 days after 7 years, 3 weeks plus 4 days after 8 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 4 weeks plus 1 day after 13 years, 4 weeks plus 2 days after 14 years, 4 weeks plus 3 days after 15 years, 4 weeks plus 4 days after 16 years, 5 weeks after 17 years, 5 weeks plus 1 day after 19 years, 5 weeks plus 2 days after 22 years, 5 weeks plus 3 days after 23 years, 5 weeks plus 4 days after 24 years, 6 weeks after 25 years.
Overtime: Double time for hours worked in excess of regularly scheduled shift.
Meal allowance:
Medical Benefits: 100% employer-paid for permanent employees, including extended health care, out-of-province coverage, paramedical services, and drug plan.
Dental: 100% employer-paid coverage including caps, crowns, and orthodontics with cost-sharing, at 50/50 co-payment
Vision: $525 for each two-year period. $150 for eye exam each two-year period.
Short-term disability: Coverage for up to 16 weeks at full pay, with medical documentation requirements.
Long-term disability: 100% employer-paid, two-year own occupation (up to age 65).
Life insurance:
Pension: Participation in OMERS and CPP, with optional OMERS enrollment for part-time employees meeting eligibility criteria.
Bereavement leave: 5 paid days for death of parent, partner, sibling, child, or step-child. 4 paid days for death of parent-in-law. 3 paid days for death of sibling-in-law, grandchild, grandparent, step-parent, step-sibling, spouse’s grandparent. 1 additional day to attend out-of-province funeral and 2 additional days to attend funeral on another continent.
Sick leave: Full pay for eligible employees for up to 16 weeks; doctor’s notes may be required.
Seniority – recall rights: 15 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours or actual time worked for any call answered after regular working hours.
Probationary period: 1,040 hours for part-time employees; 6 months for full-time employees. May be extended up to 3 months due to unsatisfactory performance.

Utility helper: $22.48-$28.10 (2024), rising in 2 steps to $23.85-$29.81 (2026).
Electic utility worker/E&O administrative assistant/meter reader: $27.10-$33.87 (2024), rising in 2 steps to $28.75-$35.94 (2026).
Collection representative/construction worker II/lead customer service representative/senior accounting clerk: $34.60-$41.07 (2024), rising in 2 steps to $36.60-$43.57 (2026).
Customer service representative/purchasing assistant/quality systems representative/utility data services representative: $32.06-$38.17 (2024), rising in 2 steps to $34.02-$40.50 (2026).
Environmental technician/GIS technician: $32.76-$46.80 (2024), rising in 2 steps to $34.76-$49.65 (2026).
Powerline Maintainer: $35-50 (2024), rising in 2 steps to $37.14-$53.05 (2026) .
