Renewal agreement: July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2028.
Wage adjustments: (Note: In a year in which the NHL or the NBA are negotiating a renewal of their collective agreement, any agreed-upon increase in wage rates in this agreement will not take effect until the commencement of league play.)
2023: 4%
2024: 4%
2025: 3%
2026: 3%
2027: 3%
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month up to 2 weeks to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 12 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 20 years.
Overtime: Time-and-a-half for hours worked on a holiday.
Meal allowance: $12 for employees who work 2 or more events in a day with less than 2 hours between them, or who work an event 7 hours or longer (except where meal provided during event). At each event worked, concession attendants receive 1 complimentary hot dog and 1 complimentary soft drink.
Medical Benefits: Employer contributes $0.10 per hour worked per employee to the Teamsters Local Union 847 Employee Life and Health Trust Fund.
Bereavement leave: 3 paid days for death of child, spouse, parent, sibling, parent-in-law, sibling-in-law, grandparent, or grandchild.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months.
Probationary period: 60 shifts or events worked or 3 months, whichever comes first.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months, except for infractions related to discrimination, harassment, or workplace violence.
Safety shoes: $150 per year for employees required to wear safety shoes or boots.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer provides necessary uniforms for employees required to wear them at work. Minimum 2 shirts to all employees. Annual uniform allowance (80 or more shifts per year) of $95 for ushering, premium seating, gate staff, and concierges; $80 for all other employees excluding kitchen personnel. (25 to 80 shifts per year): $50 and $45 respectively.

Concessions attendant, concessions bartender, kiosk server, in-seat bartender, in-seat expeditor, quick server busser: $18.37 (2023) rising in 4 steps to $20.87 (2027).
Usher, concierge, gate staff: $18.94 (2023) rising in 4 steps to $21.53 (2027).
Event porter: $22.60 (2023) rising in 4 steps to $25.69 (2027).
Club room bartender: $0.50 above minimum wage, holds until minimum wage catches up.
Catering attendant, club room server: $17.05 (2023), $0.50 above minimum wage (2024-2027).
Concession kitchen lead cook: $25.05 (2023) rising in 4 steps to $28.46 (2027).
Concession kitchen worker: $21.78 (2023) rising in 4 steps to $24.75 (2027).
Concession apprentice cook, beer vendor: $17.90 (2023) rising in 4 steps to $20.35 (2027).
In-seat runner/order taker: $17.21 (2023) rising in 4 steps to $19.56 (2027).
