Renewal agreement: September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2026.
Wage adjustments:
2022: 3%
2023: 3%
2024: 2.8%
2025: 2.5%
Short-term disability: 120 days each school year at 90% of salary (full-time employees). Pro-rated for part-time employees. Can be topped up to 100% with unused sick days.
Long-term disability: All permanent employees are required to participate in LTD plan as a condition of employment. Premiums fully paid by employees.
Bereavement leave: 3 paid days for death of spouse, parent, step-parent, child, step-child, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, spouse’s parent, or child’s spouse.
Sick leave: 11 sick days at 100% (full-time employees). Pro-rated for less than full-time employees.
Seniority – recall rights: 4 years if severance not chosen.
Probationary period: 1 year (full-time teachers). 30 school days (long-term occasional teachers).
Severance: Unaccommodated redundant teachers may choose to accept a severance based on seniority and salary. 5% of actual earnings for up to 1 year of service, 10% after 2 years, 15% after 3 years, 20% after 4 years, 25% after 5 years, 30% after 6 years, 35% after 7 years, 40% after 8 years, 45% after 9 years.
Mileage: $50 to $150 per month for travel between specified communities.

Category 4 teacher (11 steps): $64,864-$110,608 (2022) rising in 3 stages to $70,363-$119,985 (2025).
Occasional teacher daily rate: $278.41 (2022) rising in 3 stages to $302.02 (2025).
