Renewal agreement: Effective September 12, 2024, to September 11, 2027. Signed in 2024.

Wage adjustments:
Effective September 12, 2025: Wage review scheduled.
Effective September 12, 2026: Wage review scheduled.

Shift premium: $2.00/hour for shifts between 18:00 - 06:00. Leadhand and Foreperson receive $3.00 and $6.00/hour premiums, respectively.

Paid holidays: 12 recognized holidays, including National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and any additional government-proclaimed holidays.

Vacations with pay: 6% of gross wages paid at each pay period.

Overtime: Overtime at 1.5x for hours over 8 per day or 40 per week, with double time after 12 hours. Adjusted overtime for statutory holiday weeks.

Meal allowance: Warm meal provided for unscheduled shifts over 12 hours, with receipt required.

Medical Benefits: Coverage begins after 350 hours worked, administered by CLAC with 100% employer contributions.

Dental: Basic services 100% up to $2,000, major services 50% up to $2,000, orthodontic coverage at 50% up to $3,000 lifetime per child under 19.

Vision: $350 annually for dependents under 21; $350 every two years for adults.

Weekly indemnity: 60% of weekly earnings up to $700, payable from day one of accident/hospitalization, day seven for illness, up to 26 weeks.

Long-term disability: 60% of earnings, up to $3,000/month, payable after 26 weeks until age 65.

Alcohol and substance abuse policy: Grounds for discharge include use of illegal drugs, alcohol, or cannabis on premises or during work hours.

Life insurance: $100,000 for employees under 65; $50,000 for employees aged 65-74. Spouse and dependent coverage included.

Pension: Employer contribution of 2% and matching 1% based on base wages, with an employee opt-out option.

Bereavement leave: Three paid days (up to 24 hours) for immediate family funerals, with additional unpaid leave possible.

Seniority – recall rights: Union office notified of layoffs, employees given four hours' notice or pay in lieu.

Call-in pay: Minimum two hours at prevailing rate for same-day call-back.

Probationary period: 90 calendar days; termination allowed within period for non-arbitrary reasons.

Discipline: Suspension or discharge allowed for safety violations, substance use, and policy violations.

Safety shoes: $210 footwear allowance annually, with employer-provided PPE.

Tool allowance: Tools for tradespersons supplied by employer.
