Renewal agreement: Effective March 1, 2024, to February 29, 2028, with an option to renew year-to-year unless renegotiated.
Wage adjustments: 3.5% increase in 2024, 5% in 2025, and higher of 3.5% or National Energy Program rates for 2026 and 2027.
Shift premium: Day shift $1.86/hour; Night shift $3.74/hour for 2024, increasing annually until 2027. Night premiums apply for hours worked between 7 PM and 7 AM.
Paid holidays: 12 statutory holidays, including Truth and Reconciliation Day; banked or paid out for shift workers.
Vacations with pay: Annual entitlement from 120 hours (up to 9 years’ service) to 240 hours (25+ years); 48 hours may carry over.
Overtime: Paid at 2x hourly rate for hours beyond scheduled shifts or on days off; option to bank up to 60 hours annually.
Meal allowance: Provided for overtime exceeding 2 hours or longer schedules under specific conditions.

Seniority – recall rights: Employees retain seniority for 12 months during layoff and are recalled in reverse order of layoff.
Call-in pay: Minimum of 3 hours at overtime rate or total hours worked, whichever is greater.
Probationary period: Six months, extendable by mutual agreement.
Discipline: Management reserves the right to discipline or dismiss employees for just cause.
Severance: Two weeks’ pay plus two weeks per year of service multiplied by 1.30, payable if layoff extends beyond 12 months.

Sample rates of pay: Entry-level production at $41.81/hour, with incremental increases to $65.71/hour for Console Operator by 2024.
