Currently, the federal public service, City of Toronto employers and some select Ontario employers (such as those in the health care industry) are legally required to implement a workplace COVID-19 vaccination policy. Some businesses that are not legally required to implement a workplace vaccination policy are nevertheless making the decision to do so.
